What to do first with the form of Application for Residence Permit.

• Print in good quality the 4 pages - download file01, file02, file03, file04.

• Photocopy file04 and file01 together as one A3 size page. Then file02 and file03 on the other side of the same A3 size paper. You will have four A4 pages on the A3 size paper.

• Very important: do not cut the A3 size paper to A4. You have to send the form in A3 single form.

How to answer the questions in the form:

• Read very carefully the notes and Instructions on pg.1

• Complete the form following the example – download ex01, ex02, ex03.

• The form in point 26 has to be attested by people stated in Notes and Instructions pt.1 next paragraph (Application forms must be attested before …….). It is very important.

• Read again the application and make sure that everything is done correctly.

• Write a letter to the Emigration Department asking to grant the Resident Permit.

• Attach the application, letter to Emigration Department and all needed documents and send them to:

Note: Please be advised it takes time to get the permit sometimes up to 6-8 months.
